What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our MOQ starts from 50–100 pieces per design depending on the product. Contact us for smaller test orders.
Can I get a sample before bulk production?
Yes. We make a physical sample with your logo in 7–10 days and courier it to you by DHL or FedEx.
How long does production take?
Usually 25–35 days after sample approval, depending on quantity and product type.
Which payment terms do you accept?
Bank transfer (T/T) is standard — typically a deposit to start production and the balance before shipment.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes — by air or sea freight, or express courier for small orders. We prepare all export documents.
Is my design kept confidential?
Absolutely. Your designs and logos are used only for your orders and never shared or sold to others.
